I have written many letters to you in the past about the poisoning of our food product which congress has admitted to since 1994. You can see these letters and your answers by going to: http://www.comfortncolor.com/HTML/PoisoningPage.html

I have written this letter (see attached) and sent this evidence (see attached). These are the four answers I received, two from the New York Attorney General's Office, one from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office and one from the U.S. Attorney General's Office (see attached).

I hear on the news that the Bush administration is going after corporations that are committing fraud and costing the public money. Evidently according to the answer from the U.S. Attorney General's Office they cannot go after this company and will not even admit it's fraud. I guess it's only fraud when it cost investors money. The average person has to fend for himself. Is this another form of corporate welfare?

The injury I suffered because of MPC's and WR Grace's negligence is costing the taxpayers money because the taxpayer is paying me out of the Social Security Disability fund. Medicare is paying my doctor bills. How many other corporations are doing the same thing to people like me?

At least with the investors they are only losing money. People like me have lost not only the money but also our health and our livelihood. This must be stopped.

I will be putting up another web page on this matter and I am hoping that your response is better than the one for my amendment to the Sanitation Transportation Food Laws. For more information on this see web site: http://www.comfortncolor.com/HTML/PoisoningPage.html and: http://www.mhonline.net/~bebear/Bearspage/Index.htm

Who are the terrorists? Are they the Big Corporations that pay you (like Halliburton) to sponsor laws to protect their interest not the health of the public?

This is a formal request to meet with you to discuss both the amendment to the Sanitation Transportation Food Laws and the fraud of MPC Trucking and Monsey Products Corporation. I have written you before but have not received any acknowledgement. I would like to know why you think companies that poison and commit fraud like MPC Trucking and WR Grace, should not be prosecuted for their crimes or held accountable to the public.

Congress has gone after the tobacco companies for marketing these same toxins (Benzene, Formaldehyde, Styrene) to children. The LAW states that these toxins cannot be hauled in the same trailer as our food and food products and packaging. Yet, the FDA lets Food companies put it in our food without putting it on the label to notify people like me who have been over contaminated by these toxins and have server health problems from them.

Until this issue is address by you, I will keep writing letters and updating my web pages with governmental information to fight for the health of the public, especially the children.

Respectfully

Charles Lake
